Mr. Ajay Sirohi is the founder of Seraina Invest and a seasoned leader in real estate, infrastructure, and strategic investments. Previously, he served as CEO of Steiner AG, a renowned Swiss real estate firm, and held leadership roles at GE Infrastructure, United Technologies, ITT, and Goodyear Dunlop.  With extensive experience in real estate, infrastructure, renewable energy, and retail investments, he brings a global perspective to Weisshorn.

He holds a Master’s in Business Administration, a Master’s in International Business, and a Bachelor’s in Mathematics.

Mr. Maurice Picard is the Co-Founder and CEO of Picard Angst, a leading asset management firm founded in 2003, managing CHF 5.5 billion in assets across the group.

With over 30 years of experience in the Swiss financial industry, he has held positions at various banks in Zurich and London, successfully establishing the structured products division at a prestigious private bank. After completing INSEAD’s International Executive Program in Fontainebleau, he co-founded Picard Angst.

With over 15 years of experience in the Indian real estate industry, he has held significant positions at esteemed institutions, including Aditya Birla Real Estate Fund, Piramal Capital, and Crisil (S&P Global). Mr. Tripathi holds a Master’s degree in Construction Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.

His expertise encompasses residential and commercial real estate deal structuring, asset management, and project management, positioning him as a seasoned professional in the sector.
