The area of ​​the former Isola factories acquired two years ago is fascinating for its dimensions: a row of old industrial halls from the 1960s next to a classical architectural office extends over 114,000 hectares. The site is crossed by protected forests and in the middle flows the Lüssel, a river which is part of the Rhine watershed.

By 2038, the area will gradually be transformed into a mixed-use residential and office district. Already today, the project is a perfect example of sustainable neighborhood development.
